Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use NaraRouter. Accounts are individual: each account is for a single person, and you are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials and for any activity carried out with them.

2. The service

NaraRouter provides one OpenAI-compatible API surface that routes your requests to a pool of underlying language models, exposed to you as named model aliases. We select, configure, rotate, add, and retire the models behind an alias at our discretion to maintain quality, availability, and cost.

Aliases and their availability may change over time. We do not guarantee that any specific alias, capability, or response characteristic will remain available.

3. API keys

API keys authenticate calls to the service. A raw key is shown only once at creation and is stored by us only as a hash. Treat keys as secrets: do not embed them in client-side code, public repositories, or shared environments.

You are responsible for usage incurred by your keys. If a key is exposed, revoke it immediately from your dashboard and create a new one.

4. Subscriptions, vouchers, and fair-use limits

Access is organised into subscription tiers. A subscription is currently activated by redeeming a voucher; each voucher activates, extends, or switches a plan for a defined period. We do not operate an automated payment gateway at this stage, and subscriptions do not auto-renew.

Each tier grants a daily token allowance, applied as separate per-tier fair-use buckets, plus a per-minute request limit. The free tier resets at 07:00 WIB (00:00 UTC); paid plans reset on a 24-hour cycle anchored to your purchase time. Allowances are a fair-use mechanism, not a guarantee of capacity, and we may adjust them to protect service health.

Except where required by applicable law, voucher redemptions and subscription periods are non-refundable. Vouchers have no cash value and may not be resold.

5. Acceptable use

Your use of NaraRouter must comply with our Fair Use Policy and all applicable laws. You may not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, generate harmful or abusive content, attempt to identify or reach the underlying providers, probe or circumvent our security or rate controls, or resell raw access in violation of these Terms.

You are responsible for the prompts you send and the outputs you use, including ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit.

6. Intellectual property

NaraRouter, including its software, branding, and documentation, is owned by Naraya and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service as permitted.

As between you and us, you retain rights to the inputs you submit and, to the extent permitted by the underlying providers, the outputs returned to you. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them.

7. Service availability and changes

The service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not currently offer a contractual service-level agreement. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, and we may impose or change limits, with reasonable notice where practicable.

We may perform maintenance and updates that temporarily affect availability.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Language-model outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use; you must independently verify outputs before relying on them.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naraya is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to activate the subscription in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or the Fair Use Policy, if required to protect the service or other users, or to comply with law. You may stop using the service at any time.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, will continue to apply.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from or relating to the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indonesia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
