Fair Use Policy

Last updated: 6 June 2026

This Fair Use Policy explains the limits and acceptable-use rules that keep NaraRouter fast, reliable, and fair for every user. It forms part of, and is governed by, our Terms of Service.

1. Why limits exist

NaraRouter serves many users from a shared pool of capacity. Fair-use limits prevent any single account from degrading the experience for others and keep the service sustainable. We do not describe any plan as offering boundless or limitless usage; every tier operates under fair-use allowances.

2. Daily token allowances

Each subscription tier grants a daily token allowance. Allowances are applied as separate per-tier buckets, so access to one tier of models does not draw down another. The free tier resets at 07:00 WIB (00:00 UTC); paid plans reset on a 24-hour cycle anchored to your purchase time.

When a bucket is exhausted, requests against that tier are declined until the next reset, while other tiers you hold remain available.

3. Rate limits

Each plan also carries a per-minute request limit. Requests beyond the limit receive a standard rate-limit response and should be retried after the indicated interval. Build clients that back off and retry gracefully.

4. Prohibited uses

You may not use the service to break the law or infringe others' rights; to generate or distribute malware, spam, or harmful, deceptive, or abusive content; to attempt to identify, reach, or extract the underlying providers or model identities; to probe, scan, or circumvent our security, rate limits, or fair-use controls; to share or resell access in violation of the Terms; or to operate high-volume automated abuse, scraping, or jailbreak farming against the service.

5. Automated enforcement

We use automated and manual checks, including velocity and anomaly signals, to detect abuse. Suspicious activity may trigger throttling, additional verification, or suspension. We log administrative actions for accountability.

6. Consequences

Depending on severity, a breach may result in temporary throttling, suspension, or termination of access, with or without notice where action is needed to protect the service or other users. Repeated or serious abuse may lead to permanent termination.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect new limits, protections, or product changes. We will update the date above and, for material changes, provide notice where appropriate.
